Because Nutrition has come to play a vital role in our society the demand for professional dieticians and nutritionists has increased significantly. The department of Nutrition at our University will prepare students to meet any challenges they will encounter in their future occupations.
This course will provide students with an understanding of the mechanisms and biological functions of food through clinical research. They will learn the relationship between diet and eating habits and how to improve lifestyle by chronic disease prevention and treatment.
Upon graduation, the student will be able to obtain a certification as a nutritionist and continue to obtain state qualifications as a registered dietitian and a food sanitation inspector which will allow them to work in any government health and welfare facility, including food and sports related.
